The 3rd biggest rip off of network marketing is trying to nice people into your business. When I first started my business I was calling leads trying to be nice to everybody and it just didn’t work. In fact the exact opposite is what I found to work.
What you have to do is find good people, not try to befriend everybody into your business. You don’t want to try to nice people into your business, in fact when you try to be nice to people you repel them. If you do the opposite you qualify them and they will value your time. That is the kind of person you want anyway.
So don’t try to nice people into your business because that could repel the good prospects and maybe hook in a few losers that will cost you a lot of time. You don,t want to be a baby sitter! You are looking for upwardly moving entrepreneurs , the kind that can make themselves do what it takes with out holding their hand . Be a mentor instead and provide helpful information for your teamĀ they can implement and gain self confidence through. There is a time to be nice and a time to be a mentor, choose wisely so as not to become a full time baby sitter.
Now that we have been through these 3 rip offs of what NOT to do , tomorrow we will summarize these 3 rip offs. But learning what not to do still is not enough to make you successful, knowing what to do will and I found 3 secrets that will make the difference between floundering and making BIG money.
